Today I have a 2003 BMW 530i with the sport package. It has 184,348 miles. It is in good condition and runs good for the year and mileage. The exterior has a few dings and dents but the interior is in excellent condition. The "M" sport steering wheel and sport BMW seats are in excellent condition. The engine runs perfect and I love the power the 3.0 has in these e39 5 series. This is a perfect example of the " Ultimate Driving Machine". Overall its in pretty nice shape for the year and mileage.

Mechanical

The 530i is in good mechanical condition. The engine runs and sounds excellent without any leaks. The transmission shifts like it should. The suspension is all tight and good. No check engine lights and all monitors are set. The abs light comes on and goes off here and there from the drivers side front sensor- see pictures for fault code. I read this with my BMW specific code reader. The tires are almost new. The brakes are upgraded with cross drilled rotors the whole way around and the pads are close to new. The exhaust sometimes rattles a little, I think its a heat shield. I replaced the driver front tie rod and the passenger side rear upper control arms. Thats all I could find wrong with the car. It runs excellent!

Interior

The interior of the 530i is in above average condition. I would say its in excellent shape for the year and miles. The black leather doesn’t show much wear nor does it have rips or holes. The sport seats are in great shape. All door panels and dash are in perfect shape. The M steering wheel is in perfect shape. All options work on the car and the AC is cold.

Exterior

The 530i's exterior is average to below average condition. The paint shines nice and the car looks beautiful. It has the OEM HID Angel eye headlights which are in good shape. The front bumper has seen better days. There is a dent on the passenger side rear and one on the hood. Some pointless dent removal and a new front bumper cover and this thing would be back to its former glory! There is also a small crack in the passenger side windshield. It is in the lower corner and will not spread any further.

**There is a $130 Administrative fee added to every auction. A $500 deposit is required within the first 48 hrs of the end of auction. All taxes, registration, title work, and notary work is not included. I can provide and transport tag for the vehicle. **

**Warranty**

A C.A.R.S. Warranty can be purchased for $150 on any vehicle over $2,000.00. It Covers the Engine , Transmission, Driveshafts for 3 Months / 4,500 Miles.

I will ship the vehicle anywhere but the buyer must arrange Transport. The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days unless you have contacted me and made other arrangements. I will also not deliver the vehicle but am willing to assist in anyway possible but must contact me before auction ends.

**Payment**

Cash or certified check is accepted and preferred. Wire transfers are accepted for any type of purchase with a $25 fee added. I will not accept personal checks or credits cards.

Please contact me with any questions. Anyone is welcome to come and look at the car. I am more than happy to look at something specific on the car for you and do any tests you would require.

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

Deposit is non-refundable and must be made with in 3 days of the end of the listing.
