1949 Chevrolet 3600 Truck. This is a true "Barn Find" vehicle. Has spent many years on a wheat farm. It is absolutely 100% factory original with the exceptions of a heater and a rear hitch. Turn signals have never been installed, all original knobs and switches on the dash. I verified the rear axle 3rd member, transmission and motor are all date coded May of 1949, as is the VIN number. I could not turn the motor over by hand. Could not get a socket on the flywheel to try to turn as there is a coupling for a hand crank present as well as recesses in the grill for clearance of the handle. I was going to make a resto-mod pickup but really feel like I stumbled upon too good of an original truck to separate any of the parts. Needs a total restoration, but I think it would be a real treasure when completed.
