1966 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE C CODE - 289 V8 3SPD PONY INTERIOR / CONSOLE Nice 1966 FORD MUSTANG "C CODE V-8 CONVERTIBLE. Very nice 66 pony car convertible. Recently removed from a climate controlled storage facility where is was placed in 1998. I recently drove the car for a 30min trip and the car preformed well. This is an original "c code" V8 Car. The engine runs great- sounds strong with good power. The 3spd manual transmission shifts great through all gears and the car handles well on the road. Solid body with very nice paint. Paint has good shine and finish but does has a dent on the front driver side fender. Good under-body and trunk. White power convertible top that has one hole and will need repair or replace. Clean original pony interior including carpet,dash,seats etc. Spinner hub caps and white wall tires-look really nice on this car! Use as is or take it to the next level. Great Driver quality car. The car would look great with an engine bay detail and repair the front fender. Before any long trip the I would go over the car more only because it was sitting for some time.
