Great little Subaru from a time when things were made to work indefinitely. This car has been my daily driver for the last few months and a fun one at that. Seating is a bit tight for me unfortunately, as I am over six foot. In the movie Cannonball Run Jackie Chan has a Rocket car of the same model, extra cool. Runs and drives well and most things work as they should. Automatic transmission with front wheel drive. Here is a list of the good and bad. Good: Low miles, Fun to drive, excellent MPG, No timing belt, Easy to work on, Subaru, Kind of fast, Rare, Cheap parts and it gets more " COOL " comments than any car I have ever owned, among others. Not so good: Outer CV joints make noise and should be replaced soon, Leaks a few drops of oil, A few mismatched trim pieces, Body is a little rough, could probably use a tune up some day. Radio works sometimes. One tire is no about shot. No muffler, straight piped. Car has always worked well for me and with some minor attention should work for decades.
