1973 Mustang Convertible 302 4V C4 Automatic.Up for auction is a nice 1973 Mustang Convertible in original condition. This Mustang is a Wisconsin built red with white interior "F" code convertible. The car has it's original drivetrain consisting of a 302 4V (upgraded from a 2V) engine, C4 transmission and 2.79:1 9 inch rear axle. A new radiator with hoses, Edelbrock 4V carburetor, and battery have been installed. This car runs and drives good along with good working brakes. The car has a working power top, power steering and power front disc brakes. The car has all its original sheet metal. All exterior body panels except hood will need some work along with RH rear frame rail. Full length floor pans have already been installed. The torque boxes, trunk pan, fender aprons, shock towers are all in solid shape. The interior is original and in good condition. The seats have some minor seam separation and door panels will need to be repaired. The dash pad is in excellent shape and also has a new black carpet installed. The glass is the original Carlite and in excellent shape. The front window trim is in excellent shape along with the rear convertible boot trim, head lamp and tail lamp trim. This is a great car with a low reserve that can be driven and is easy to restore. The car is ready for easy transport, I am also available to help load on my end.
