You are bidding on an exceptional rare vintage 1965 Corvette Convertible. MA titled with current inspection sticker,1965 C2 stingray roadster,10 year old resto excepting body, body has patina only 50 years of age can produce. Original bumpers professionally re-chromed and all chrome badging replaced with GM approved parts.Conv. top frame rebuilt with fresh soft top, car has hard top as well. Carpets replaced during resto now show slight fading, leather seats completely restored. everything on the frame replaced or rebuilt. this is where lots of $ spent here! New rear frame from center cross back, new trailing arms, mono spring rear, new coils up front, konis all around, new upgraded upper A arms, all poly bushings. All new brake components, rotors, calipers, stainless lines ,upgrade to 67 master cylinder NOT power brakes, have new 65 master cylinder as well. New steering box and other components , NOT power steering. Complete new fuel tank and components. Engine is a 350HO crate purchased for the project. Sports Barry Grant carb, MSD, Sanderson exhaust, new factory side exhaust, connected to matching numbers 4 speed connected to 3.70 rear. I have what is believed to be the original 327 365hp engine dismantled, it is .60 over and the block numbers were milled off during prior rebuilds, casting data appears to be correct. I have not had the block checked for suitability of rebuild but all engine parts go with the car as well as other assorted parts. Rally wheels with BFGs, trim rings and center caps excellent. What isn't currently working: headlights not opening on their own now, temp gauge not working anymore, old radio has static, notoriously the stainless e-brakes need attention. Body could use some attention but this is a strong driver. Car sold as is. Sale is final ,Buyer responsible for pick-up/Shipping.
