1976 Honda CB

Too many projects means something has to go! This 1976 Honda 750 K is the last of the classic CB's. This was a barn find with a little over 39K miles. Owner said ran great when parked 8 years ago. His kid was going to get it running and started playing with the front brake (needs hooked up right) and who knows what else. Title is clean, compression great (turns over with kicker smoothly and with solid thumps) , paint and pipes original and best of all has NICE LESTER MAG WHEELS! While this could be a running "daily driver" with enough work, it's being sold with restoration in mind. There's some oil on the block from maybe a head gasket, no battery, meter and taillights light, starter will spin but not engage. Forks are nice and straight, barely a trace of rust (up high) sidecovers are cracked. Tires are good Dunlops and wheels very clean, straight original finish mags. Pipes have small rust holes. Seat non matching as far as hinges but would look good if installed correctly. Tank is 'straight' and exceptionally clean inside. What we have is a restoration dream: a last year of the original modern 4, a clean MN title, a smooth turning motor, and a nearly all stock bike. But how often do you find one with Lester Mags?!
