Vehicle Detail

Offered is my '69 Triumph. I am certainly not an expert on these bikes so please bear with me on some of the info. I originally bought this bike to change it to a café racer from it's current configuration. I realize at this time it's not going to happen anytime soon. So we will be parting ways. With all of that said, here's what I have. The PA title is clear and in my name, ready for transfer. The vin # is T100RH65931 (indicating a 500cc?), engine # TR6C PCO5211 (indicating a 650cc Scrambler motor). Starting from front to rear. The forks are extended units with an aluminum brace. The front fender appears to be a nice, straight original piece. The front brake is original vented unit (very cool) and works great. The gas tank is from a Honda Shadow and is junk as the previous owner lost the key to the cap and drilled it apart as well as having really bad welds on the underside to patch a leak. I used a plastic tank that I use to trouble shoot bikes to run the bike. With a new tank this bike could be ready for use. The frame has been modified to accept the custom Harley seat. The rear fender appears to be a nice straight original piece with a very nice original light. The rear wheel is a 16" Harley piece. Front and rear tires are still good. The rear brake works great as well. The rear "supports" are bolted in where the shocks would mount, nothing is welded. The battery is new. The engine is kick start only and starts easily with 3 kicks when cold, 1 kick when warm. It runs great, nice and quiet, no strange noises. The duel Harley mufflers sound excellent. The clutch works smoothly and the trans shifts nicely into all the gears. Also included with the bike will be the ape hanger handlebars that were on it when I bought it, solid twisted metal highway bars and a set of original gauges. Video of the bike running, copy and paste the link to your browser. https://youtu.be/7ab-i9rl4Q4 There will be a $100.00 paypal deposit (non-refundable) required within 48 hours of auction end. The balance to be paid with cash upon pick up or personal check. The bike will be held until check clears. I have the bike listed as local pick up only but will sell/ship worldwide. Any and all shipping arrangements and fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The Triumph will be picked up at my location, I will not travel or crate.
