I purchased this LTD Crown Victoria 6 years ago from southern MN and it has been my daily driver since. This is a bare bones "S" model with a slick top, bench seat, manual locks/windows, dog dish hub caps, original push button am/fm radio, and cruise control, powered by a fuel injected 302 with dual exhaust. The S model cars were usually bought by government agencies and budget minded individuals who didn't want all of the options of the pricier models. Being a base model it lacks things like the vinyl top, hood ornament, clock, and much of the trim you'll see on other cars.The paint is faded and there are some rust spots here and there with the worst being over the rear passenger side wheel well (see pics). The interior is very nice except for a couple cigarette burns on the driver's seat and carpet. The headliner is in great shape. The car looks just like the "Ford POS" used in the original Men in Black movie and gets a lot of thumbs up. The only known issues are the faded paint, light rust, needing the A/C looked over, and a very slow coolant leak from the timing cover gasket. The car runs good, shifts fine, and goes down the road nice. Everything works except for the A/C which could just need a recharge. The original radio has had an aux cable added to it so you can play music from your ipod or other device if you wish. Parts I've replaced over the past 6 years, 30,000 miles;-Tires (Cooper Cobra GT's that are in great shape)-Front and rear brakes-Belts and hoses-Fuel filter/air filter-Distributor -Spark plugs, plug wires, distributer cap/rotor, and ignition coil-Fuel pressure regulator-Alternator/voltage regulator-Starter -Most of the engine sensors-U-joints-3 rubber brake hoses-Water pump If you have any questions or would like to see the car before bidding, please don't hesitate to ask.
