This two owner car was originally sold in Maryland and the second owner purchased it in 2007 and has garage kept it in Pa. This is an extremely rust-free example with 71,000 original documented miles. The overall condition of this car is very original, the original top (with reflective stripe) is still serviceable, top boot is in great condition, the interior is completely original. Wood dash has some peeling and dash top is lifting on right side. (Moss Motors has both items in stock) Seats have no cracks or tears, carpeting is excellent, center console is excellent, all switches and gauges are correct and in great condition. Everything functions on the car. The paint looks very nice, older repaint in original color. Overall body condition is excellent, floors are all original with no rust, rear fender top seams are factory correct with no filler. Trunk floor has no rust, all original seams. Rocker panels and wheel arches are all rust-free. Engine compartment is correct body color with no rust on inner fender wells. Chrome trim and lenses are all in very nice condition. Front and rear bumpers are straight with no marks or dents. The car has some cool period accessories, front and rear Amco chrome bumper guards, chrome rear trunk luggage rack and a great sounding ANSA dual exhaust. Also a rear sway bar was added. This TR6 is in excellent running condition, the engine is very strong, quiet and does not smoke. The transmission shifts smoothly and the clutch action is correct. Suspension is very tight with no strange noises, brakes are excellent. The tires are a matched set with excellent tread. This car has been well maintained all of its life and it shows when driven. The drivetrain is completely stock with no modifications. If you are searching for a very original, rust free, unmolested TR6 this car is worth considering.
