Vehicle Detail

-Well after almost a full year of debating here it is,I finally broke down and bought a new truck.I've thought long and hard about getting rid of very easily the nicest, best running and most dependable truck I have ever owned. I have owned this truck since February 2005, purchased with 27,000 miles on it by the original owner, i am owner number 2. This truck has been in Texas since new, absolutely no rust. To say that I am meticulous about my vehichles would be considered an understatement according to many of my friends. I honestly don't think it is possible to find a nicer, cleaner, well taken care of 2001 F350. I have put 72,000 miles on it in 11 years or about 6500 miles a year, 90 percent of those miles were driving back and forth to work, i own a 28' enclosed trailer which I have pulled TWICE from the DFW area to Pigeon Forge TN., these two trips account for about 4000 tow miles, other than that it was mainly used for hauling just me around. Back in August of 2014 reverse went out in the original transmission, after consulting many repair shops I decided not to rebuild it and go back with the Ford OEM replacement, wasn't cheap but thought it was best to go back with a brand new one, this transmission from Ford does have a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty complete with towing if needed, receipt in glove box with all other records. The truck does have the Lariat package, front bucket seats with console between them, wood grain trim kit on dash and door panels, tan leather seats, 6 disc cd player, keyless entry, power windows, door locks and seats.I recently had the windows retinted with a lifetime warranty, also has K & N air filter with recharge kit and billet front grill. All six new tires have less than 2500 miles on them. New front brake pads and rotors turned late last year. Just purchased and installed two new batteries first week of February,750 CCA, truck hasn't been driven much at all since purchase of new truck in November, wasn't starting as it should with the old batteries, fresh oil and fuel filter done 2 weeks ago,new spare tire has never been on the ground, brand new spare tire holder with winch, truck has hideaway goose neck hitch that I never used, new under rail bed liner. I have also installed a Python remote start system years ago for those cold morning starts, also has under dash Tekonsha trailer brake controller, was there when i bought the truck. The drivers seat was starting to wear back in 2014 so i purchased Ford OEM replacement covers, purchased from the seat shop here on ebay and installed them myself, swapped out both upper and lower pieces on both front seats along with the arm rests, the back seat still looks great. The steering wheel shows wear on the top from where i have had my left hand on it for all these years,Over the years I have kept a record book of all the maintainance and the repairs. I have all oil change records every 3000 - 5000 miles and maintainance receipts that will go with the truck along with the paperwork for the trailer brake controller, i have a second complete Python remote start kit that I will let go with it, was cheaper to buy a complete kit than to buy two new key fobs. In July of 2006 i was involved in what i would describe as a minor fender bender, i was merging into a lane as was a jeep with big tires in a 3 lane into 1 30 mph construction zone leaving my local Home Depot, his right front tire rubbed against my left rear fender, there wasn't any physical damage to the body but his tire marks did not buff out, i had that dually fender repainted and re-pinstriped making it look new again, i called the police since i had a witness right behind me and made sure an accident report was filed specifically for insurance purposes. I have listed many pictures of the truck from various angles of interest, if you would like to see anything on the truck that is not in the pictures don't be afraid to ask I will take ALL the pictures you want of anything on the truck, absolutely nothing to hide here, i personally don't think the pictures do it justice anyway. It is everything I say it is and more when you see it up close and in person. I will gladly answer ALL questions that you might have concerning the condition of this truck. I have seen some nice F350's listed here over the last few months, it seems they are all by dealers with basically very little or no history of the truck. This truck has had only one previous owner before me. I do have all the history on it since February 05, try getting that from one of these dealers. If your looking for a super slick older very well maintained low mileage 7.3 truck here it is, as many friends have told me with less than 100,000 miles its not even broke in yet. Please feel free to call my cell at 817-692-3774 Roger, if you have any questions. Thanks for looking, Truck will need to be picked up in Ft Worth Tx.On May-02-16 at 14:36:57 PDT, seller added the following information: This is a Long wheel base 2WD truck.
