This is a 2003 MR2 Spyder that I recently purchased from an Ebay. The A/C is ice cold..the heat works great..the windows work (the passenger button is a little sticky) It has a manual roof that is new. The tires are in great shape. This is my 2nd mr2 spyder and they are a total hoot to drive! They get super gas mileage (on regular) and only have a 12.7 gallon tank. The mid-engine motor is a total street legal go-kart and it weighs about 2,000 lbs! I purchased this car and LITERALLY 3 days later the motor developed a rod knock noise so up for sale it goes! I have no desire to tear apart the motor nor put a motor into a car that I just bought to be my daily driver. I would swap in the 2zz celica gt-s motor or put in a rebuilt or new 1zz motor if I was going to keep it. The car was running great until it wasn't. I put changed the oil when I bought it and then put about 300 miles on her. The clutch is great and so is the front suspension and brakes etc. She has the retro cd player and cassette double din from the factory. The paint is in super shape and it has the new for 2003 staggered wheels with 16" in the rear and 15" in the front. The spare has never been on the ground. The battery is brand new. My HUGE loss is your gain. I will not just give it away since the money has already been spent and I have the option of the MWR 2zz full swap too if i keep her. Make an offer. All I can do is say no.
