For Sale via eBay 7 day Auction (with NO RESERVE) - 1974 Honda Trail Sport ST-90 Motorcycle, 89cc, 3 speed transmission with automatic clutch, 1036 original miles (maybe a few more miles than this if I ride it to keep it running while it is for sale); complete bike minus a couple of minor items (see prior or later description), starts and runs well, transmission and clutch work well. Some new items include 14 inch Bridgestone tires, carburetor, battery and voltage regulator. Drive chain and sprockets are good. This is a great bike that runs well and still has plenty of power, shifts through all of the gears, rides smoothly and can achieve a top speed of near 40 MPH. It is great for easy to moderate trail riding, and it has only been used recently for riding flat dirt roads at modest speeds. It has been stored in a garage and properly winterized each season that I have owned it. It is missing the air filter element, but includes the entire air filter housing (not all of which is installed on the bike, see photos), and is missing the rear view mirror. It has not been ridden by me in any dusty area, and the motor oil has been changed regularly. Other than that, it is pretty much original, with the exception of the new carburetor (which is aftermarket and has NO reserve fuel position; I may still have the original carb which I will include with the sale if possible). This bike is not street legal as it now stands, although it could possibly be, having a horn (which works) and turn signals (which light up but do NOT currently flash when switched on; it may need a new flasher relay). The headlight, tail light, and brake lights all appear to be working.This bike has NO Certificate of Title, and only a Bill of Sale will be provided. This bike is being sold "AS-IS" with NO WARRANTY of any type, neither Expressed nor Implied. The starting price (minimum bid) for this bike is $900 with NO RESERVE, which is quite reasonable for a small Japanese bike of this age and in this condition. The winning auction bid will require a $200 deposit via PayPal or other reputable method, with the balance to be paid in cash or Bank Check upon pickup. I should be available on weekends in the late afternoon, or anytime during in the day in the middle of the week to facilitate pickup of the bike at my residence in Pike County in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
