If the purchase price is over $15,000.00 than you will pay a $2,000.00 non refundable deposit. This deposit is manditory. There is no way around this deposit unless you can be here within 24 hours!! If you fail to give us the remaining balance within 7 days of the closed auction, a $50.00 fee will be added to your balance for every day that the balance is late. Payment must be in the form of bank to bank wire transfer. Since we have been open we have taken in 2 fraudulent checks, therefore a bank to bank wire transfer is the safest and easiest for the buyer and the seller.
