1984 Honda Interceptor

1984 VF 500F Interceptor. Only needs a rear tire to be enjoyed. Has 30k miles. The bike starts right up and sounds super tight. Not the slightest tick, tap or smoke. A beautiful running engine! This bike can be ridden with confidence anywhere. This is a 30 yr old bike in original condition. Not a show bike. The bike has never been down. No marks on pegs, brake pedal, shift lever, and pipes. There is a tiny dimple on top of one of the pipes. The bike spent it's life a few miles from the ocean. The bike held up amazingly well with only a couple nuts and bolts with very minor rust. From the front. Front tire will pass inspection. Front wheel free of any dings. Front brakes are good and fork seals are good. Front fender has very minor paint damage. Bars are straight and all controls are fine. I have one mirror. Was off bike and forgot to add when pics were done. Chin spoiler is good. Front headlight fairing is very nice and shiny. The gauges are clear. Inside of the tank is clean. The tank exterior has a droplet of paint damage by the fuel tank cap. The red stripe on the top of the tank is faded. There is minor rust damage on the bottom of the tank covered by camo tape. I believe exterior imperfections were caused by some kind of tank bag damage. Looks like directionals are non original. These models have the rubber mounts that crumble with time. Seat cover has a small crack in it. Side panels are good, not perfect. The rear grab rail looks like it was touched up with a paint brush, yikes. The rear wheel is ding free and the brake is good. The paint overall looks nice and shiny. These models are starting to get noticed by collectors and will only go up in value. This is a solid one owner bike that is ready to ride with a a new rear tire.
