**Today I have a 1 OWNER Black e36 1997 BMW 328is at no reserve. It has 134,492 miles and a 5 speed manual transmission. It has the sport package - 16in wheels, Sport Seats. It is in great condition inside and out. It was hard to find these cars in this color & package 10 years ago let alone in this condition. I could not believe the condition of the car for its age and model. Most e36’s have been modified or run into the ground by now and were bought as cars to drive on a daily basis. This one was not purchased to be collected or any of the sort but was maintained and taken good care of. This has to be one of the nicest around now. I am selling it because i need to thin my collection. If I didn’t have 2 m3’s already it wouldn’t be going anywhere.**

Mechanical

The 328is runs and drives excellent! It is a 1 owner which was an older gentleman- no longer able to drive. The engine sounds excellent. I did not notice any leaks and the underneath of the engine is dry. The transmission shifts excellent and the clutch feels great. I did have the front brake pads replaced. Everything works in the car - All power windows, sunroof, Air Conditioning, ABS. The airbag light is on. I was told it was from not disconnecting the battery before unplugging an airbag connector. I do not have the reader to reset code. All the suspension is tight and all monitors are set for inspection if needed in your state.

I just chenged the oil with Mobil Synthetic & a Mann filter.

Interior

The interior is in Excellent condition for its year and in general. The driver seat shows a little wear but other than that there isn’t any tears or rips. Please see all pictures. As I stated earlier, I did not see one feature that does not work. It does have the factory keyless entry, heated seats, and traction control. The key fob for the keyless entry needs a battery. It also has Harmon Kardon sound system. I do not think there was any other options available for this car that it doesn't have.

Exterior

The exterior is also in excellent condition for its age. The paint shines and looks great! There aren’t any dings or dents to mention. There are a few rock nicks on the front - see pics. They are minimal for the year and mileage. The rear bumper has a little fade but I think it could be buffed out. The driver front foglight has a crack through it. Please look at all of the pictures. I took a lot!!

** I forgot to put the NEW BMW badge on the truink lid. I took the old one off due to wear. The front and rear have new Emblems on!**

**Warranty**

A C.A.R.S. Warranty can be purchased for $150 on any vehicle over $2,000.00. It Covers the Engine , Transmission, Driveshafts for 3 Months / 4,500 Miles.

**SHIPPING & Pick-up**

I will ship the vehicle anywhere but the buyer must arrange Transport. The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days unless you have contacted me and made other arrangements. I will also not deliver the vehicle but am willing to assist in anyway possible but must contact me before auction ends.

**Payment**

Cash is preferred payment. Certified checks & Money orders are also accepted. Wire transfers are accepted for any type of purchase with a $25 fee added. I will not accept personal checks.

**There is a $130 Administrative fee added to every auction. A $300 deposit is required within the first 72 hrs of the end of auction. All taxes, registration, title work, and notary work is not included. I use a local notary which can provide transport tags and anything else needed for the vehicle. **
