Very LOW mileage , 2005 Chrysler Town & Country VMI Handicap/Wheelchair accessible Mini-Van. Just over 30,500 total miles , very good condition body with only minor exterior scuffs and chips consistent with its age and usage. No known mechanical faults , some wear and tear on interior flooring but all functions work regarding the Wheelchair accessibility,it has a "Power Kneel" function which allows the vehicle to lower prior to side ramp dropping.The vehicle has been out of active service for 6 months or so but is still registered and was recently inspected and has passed the safety and emission test in New York. The vehicle drives well , steers and brakes work well and I have personally put about 100 miles on it. The Dual zone (front and rear)A/C and heating system works well as do the windows,horn, lights convenience items such as the sound system and CD player. It has had a recent muffler and fluids exchanged in addition to rear brake pads. The ABS brake system was also recently checked into and a sensor replaced. Though the vehicle is 10+ years old, it will give someone excellent service with a low initial investment. Though NOT NEW, I believe it is fit to drive home to anywhere,VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY IN SOUTH HUNTINGTON ZIP 11746, The current owner no longer needs the van due to the passing of her husband,a reasonable reserve will be put on it to be fair but the owner is motivated in getting on and can use the money. It will come with whatever straps and specialty equipment she still has.There is no warranty either expressed or implied.The vehicle can be checked out prior to auctions end,I will bend over backwards to help but please do not leave until the last moments of the auction.Transportation is the responsibility of the high bidder,costs and arrangements.The vehicle has a very low floor to aid entering and exiting via wheelchair so please make sure shipper is aware that it is a conversion van.
