Here for sale is a 1978 Suzuki GS 1000 with 3070 original miles. When the bike was purchased the title read 1 mile, the current title reads actual miles. This bike was purchased from the original owner's estate collection. I have registrations dating back to 1980, I have the three different manuals that came with the bike new along with the tool bag and tools that are unused and in remarkable condition. The seat shows as new. All cadmium plated items are in excellent, original condition and also has a perfectly rust free fuel tank. The owner's son told me that the tires are original to the bike and are in excellent condition. It retains all small decals and lettering on controls and speedo and are all in excellent condition. All lights and accessories work properly. This bike sat in a climate controlled environment its whole life and is in wonderful condition. It is all original with the exception of the exhaust, the excel coils, wires and plugs. I drained the fuel tank, I purchased carb kits, front and rear master cylinder and caliper rebuilt kits, brand new set of european handle bars along with the right and left engine emblems and a new battery.This bike starts and runs beautifully as an original 3070k mile bike should. This is an awesome opportunity to purchase a beautiful, low original mileage GS 1000 that put all other bikes to sleep in the quarter mile with the exception of the Honda CBX 6 cyl. with the difference of only 4/100 of a second which is all in the driver and out handle every other bike in its class.
