Up for sale today, 1987 GMC Sierra Classic square body .. Its a great running and driving truck. This was the 1st year and my personal favorite simply because of the EFI which is still hooked up and running. I just did a complete tune up along with a compression test and everything is in great order. All cylinders were 165+ compression. After the compression test I replaced the plugs with AC Delco plugs. new dist cap, rotor and plug wires. It starts up and runs great with no smoke at any time. The turbo 400 trans was rebuilt recently and although I cannot say for certain I suspect the enginge was too. The a/c is all there but currently not working I have put several miles on it since I traded for it and don't need any other trucks at the moment so its up for sale. That being said I don't know a great deal about it. I can tell you the drivers tank and sender was also recently replaced. The power windows work from the drivers switch only. the windows are tinted and the rear window is a slider. The windshield is not cracked. This truck is surprisingly original. It appears to have all the factory body panels and doesent have any defects that make me think its been wrecked. Its has true dual exhaust that is cut off before the rear axle. The mileage shows 87xxx but I cannot say for certain the actual mileage of the truck. Please look at the pics call me etc I'd be happy to for you to come inspect and test drive it before u bid.
