Vehicle Detail
This is the famous, one off twin vortec supercharged Camaro producing 1000hp. A good way to follow the history of the car is to Google "Rich Taylor Camaro" This car is the winner of so many awards its countless but Rich told me that the biggest honor he ever got was at the good guys nationals in Columbus Ohio. He was one of 84 cars recognized out of 8000 cars. He couldn't believe his car was right there with the likes of Chip Foose and all the other celebrity car people. You're looking at a 30k paint job alone. Pictures just don't do it justice. It is black cherry with ghost flames you only can see in the sunlight on top with guards red below and it is separated by a custom tangerine pin strip. At first glance the car looks black and red. Its a bit wild but at the same time very classy and not over the top. The center stone of this car is the twin vortec superchargers that Rich put in the car. He designed and fabricated the whole set up. He is the only one known to have done this before. (as of a few years ago) Chip Foose has been a huge fan of this car since its inception. In 2013 the car was sponsored by McGuire's car car products. It has also been sponsored by alpine audio. I could go into the audio system but you motor heads don't care. Lets just say its the best! The car has also been the cover car for the summit racing catalog and obviously numerous other publications. Many that can be found online. The car was just recently upgraded again with black leather installed to the tune of about 3k and also added Vintage Air to the tune of just over 7k. It cost that much because so much work went into fitting the air into a car that had no room to spare). It turned out quite nice and necessary in the summer. The car rides on air bags and that makes for a show stopper at the car shows but it also ran a 10.26 in the 1/4 mile according to Rich. I personally have never driven it over 90 mph but can say that it has more power than you could ever want. its currently dialed in at about 700-750 hp and personally that's more than i need but its got a whole lot more if you want it! I can say that its pretty cool that this car can do all that but still cruise down the road at 70 mph all day long! If you buy this car you will not be disappointed. This car is for the guy that likes the best of the best but also wants to drive it. It is definitely trailer queen material but it prefers to be driven!
