Well, it starts, runs, and moves. No power steering is kind of an anti-feature because it keeps your arms toned. Plus, the faster you go, the easier it is to steer. Also, the windows don't roll down so you won't be tempted by fast food. Oh, I forgot to mention that someone stole the catalytic converter, so it kind of sounds like a muscle car. The windshield wipers don't return to the down position after use, the just stay up. Weird. It doesn't really obscure the view though. Very spacious windshield. I guess this van doesn't sound really cool, but it's faster than walking. Plus, all your friends will buy you beer after you help them move. Ummm, it's good for drive in movies. I think with a little effort from someone less poor than me, this van could be pretty decent. It probably has another 100k miles in it. Oh yeah!
