For sale we have one 1966 C10 longbed pickup truck, small back window, wood bed, three on tree manual transmission and an inline six motor. Someone recovered the bench seat, redid the gas tank and started reconditioning the interior. The truck runs and drives, it will shift through all the gears and the brakes and clutch work. That being said I think the carburetor needs attention before being driven a distance, this is an old truck that still needs work and TLC to become a regular use work truck or daily driver. You can test drive the truck and see how it feels but I would recommend it be towed. The truck is stored in Los Angeles 90065. It can be viewed with an appointment. The body is fairly straight for an old truck, there is a dent in the passenger door and some other minor spots on the truck. There is some rust in the cab corners and lower fender corners going into the wheel wells and a touch on the rockers. These are common areas for 60-66 trucks and nearly all of them rust in these spots. As such repair patch panels are readily available from many vendors to repair these areas. This is an original CA truck, it is not a total rust bucket. Doors are good condition and DO NOT have any big ugly speaker holes cut in them. The bed is a wood style bed and has the mounting strips in place but there is no wood installed, just some old scrap plywood pieces sitting in there. Tires have at least 80% tread and are good. This truck with a little time and money could be made into a reliable strong work truck. Or you could take it further and do a full restoration, these trucks have a ton of reproduction support! The title is clear on the truck and this is a NO RESERVE auction. Highest bidder will own it.
