Here I have a 1974 Ford Pinto Hatchback. It is in excellent condition. I bought it from the original owner out of Phoenix where it spent its entire life (41 years) in a garage. It has a rare factory white vinly top that is exclellent, factory AM radio, unmolested. Has FACTORY AIR CONDITIONING, AC, not underdash but factory Ford AC. Has the woodgrain package and the very rare roof rack. Super Cool orange interior with Houndstooth inserts that are in great shape. The car has the perfect amount of character ( I hate the word patina these days), and only from 59000 miles of use, not misuse. For me I think it is the perfect low mileage car to still drive. It has a small door rattle from the rubber needing to be replaced on the driver door, not from rot, as it was garaged its whole life, just from being used. It is super cold blooded, I guess they needed that in AZ, could be the choke not working, but I have not looked. ZERO cracks in the dash, it is near perfect! There are a few small rattles here and there, but I dont think you could find a nicer low mileage Pinto. Very well taken care of.
