No Title, and not certain about year. All numbers match on headstock badge, frame and engine. Engine turns over and sparks. Inside of tank looks good but some damage to the right side has had bondo filled and has dent as shown in picture. Also no badge on right side of tank and tank has been painted and they masked off the pinstripes. Mufflers in decent shape but dented and looks like one has been welded. Rear hinge on fender needs to be fixed/welded and tail light lens broken. It is a bit rough but great start to a restoration. Bike is in Nicholasville KY.
