Car was just a hobby for me and now I'm ready to move onto something else. Never raced, adult driven(I'm 53) and only sunny days. Car has 11,400 miles. All of the mods were put on after 8k miles. Tire's and wheels have around 1,500 miles on them. Car is super clean inside in out, always stored indoors, has only seen rain a few times and runs and drives excellent. Great cruise night car or a nice platform to start with if you want to go bigger with more HP. I have over 10k in just parts(no labor).
