My wife and I purchased this vehicle here on e-bay in 2010 as a one owner vehicle. I am happy to provide a Carfax if anyone is interested. This vehicle has always been my wife's primary transportation. We have and have had several E class Diesels and this one has proven to be one of the best. We put a Pro-Bitz tuning box on it when we first purchased it, as we have with our other diesels. This gives the vehicle more torque (although there is plenty without it) and increased our mileage about 3 mpg. We exceeded 40 mpg on one trip. We have all service records since we have owned the car, which includes all oil changes and recommended repairs. It has been freshly serviced and is good to go as is. Folder full of receipts. We have two keys, manuals, etc. Everything on the car is in perfect working condition, with the exception on an intermittent SRS problem. The SRS light comes on and goes off, and has been doing this over the past year. In fact, I drove the car this morning to a doctor's appointment, and the light wasn't on. I took a photo, which you can see herein. When I got back from my doctor's appointment, the light was on. Our local independent Mercedes shop advises that there is a sensor in the front passenger seat that needs replacement, and quoted us $700.00 for the repair. The reason we are selling this car is that we recently purchased a new diesel Mercedes on e-bay and we don't need three. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere, and in fact we have done so. There are some minor scratches and parking lot dings, but nothing too bad. The right lower bolster on the driver's seat has aged and is cracking. I did my best to show this in the photos. Your expectations should be realistic for a vehicle that is 8 years old and has 106K plus miles. Right now, the car has over $2,000.00 in new TSW Donington wheels and new Falken tires. The TSW wheels are 20" X 8.5" in the front and 20" X 10" in the rear. They fit perfectly with no rubbing, etc. The car does ride just slightly more stiff, but there is also better handling. It looks very good with the TSW's on it, at least I think so. We still have the original wheels and tires, which are likewise in very good condition and will go with the car if it sells for the "Buy it Now" price. Both sets have TPMS sensors installed. If you use the "Buy it Now", I will include both sets of wheels and tires. If the car does not reach the "Buy it Now" price, and sells for the reserve price, that sale will include ONLY the stock wheels and tires. If you later determine that you would like the TSW wheels and tires, we can talk about price at that time. Shipping is the buyer's responsibility, although I will do whatever I can to assist. The nearest airport is XNA, or the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport. I don't mind picking someone up at the airport, if they wanted to drive the car home. I reserve the right to delete bids from any purchasers with less than 5 positive feedbacks, so I highly recommend that you contact me prior to bidding if you don't have a positive history on e-bay. Purchaser is expected to make a $500.00 deposit through Paypal within 24 hours of the auction's close. The balance must be paid in full within 10 days following the close of this auction. On Feb-14-16 at 06:02:22 PST, seller added the following information: Someone asked if it had heated seats, moon roof and headlight washers. The bluetec came standard with the luxury package, so it has electric rear window shade, moon-roof, heated seats, navigation, sirius radio, 6 disc changer, etc. It does NOT have headlight washers. The windows, as you can probably see, have been professionally tinted. It has been a great vehicle for us and we are not selling it because of problems. My wife just wanted a newer Mercedes sport utility vehicle and the place where we purchased the new car wouldn't accept a trade-in. We have three cars and only need two. If the Mercedes doesn't sell, I will be listing my 07 Audi A-3, 3.2 Quatro, as I don't mind keeping and driving the Mercedes.
