Vehicle Detail

1978 Dodge Aspen very rare factory V8 with a 4 speed manuel floorshift ! PLEASE READ A FEW PAGES OF OUR FEEDBACK ITS THERE FOR A REASON !!!!!!! Would make a cool Nascar tribute car maybe ? or restore it like the way it came off the showroom or RESTOMOD the crap outta it to todays standards !! Either way, you cant lose and chances of seeing another one at a local car show, very very slim. The original build sheets are prob still somewhere in the car too. DONT BID UNLESS YOU ARE LEGIT MOVE ON TO ANOTHER AUCTION AND WASTE SOMEONE ELSE TIME IF YOU ARE NOT 100% COMMITTED IN BUYING THIS CAR IF YOU WIN IT. HOPE YOU LIKE PICTURES, because below we have about 150 to show you ! Why buy from us ? Our feedback speaks for itself and we have some of the very THE BEST REPRESENTED vehicles on ebay !! by that I mean we post over 100 pics of the vehicle. Inside, outside, under , everywhere !! Ive yet to see anyone else on ebay put up detailed pics like ours. We dont have alot of fine print blah blah. Just the important stuff buyers are looking for. Very sought after & DESIRABLE Dodge Aspen If you choose to buy 1 of our AZ vehicles and spend less time repairing rust for weeks on end, and keep more of the original sheetmetal making your project worth more in the end and spending less money in the end. Brief description: This car has been in Tucson for as long as we can track and looks to be all original paint (except now for the hood, which we just replaced). Az car with very little rust and almost no rot. It has been parked about 4 yrs dormant. Id say it needs alot of restoration, but the drivetrain is suppose to be okay and it ran fine when parked. Its almost 100% original front to back, but the nice thing is the car was never hot rodded or molested, and still retains most of its original parts. ITS not restored ... just somewhat of a survivor. You could go alot of ways with a car like this during the restoration RESTO MOD / Totally stock or possible NASCAR TRIBUTE CAR. OUR 100% feedback speaks for itself - PLEASE CHECK OUT OUR FEEDBACK !! and many of our feedback are from about 15 cars we sold just this past year here on EBay. We put more time and effort into our ads making it much easier for the potential buyers to bid with confidence. NOT MANY OF THESE Aspens left with original sheetmetal still like this one. UN RESTORED SURVIVOR. Our auctions clearly show the most detail of what to expect Over any other auctions Ive seen online. Buy with confidence !! This trucks has been in AZ for about the last 10 yrs if not longer.... ITS NOT A RESTORED TRUCK BY ANY MEANS !!!! EXTERIOR: its a 30 yr old plus car thats been here in the Az climate, so the good news, minimal rust, the bad news, lots of sun and heat damage. The original hood was damaged, so that is why we installed another rust free Az hood which is still white. The paint on the whole car is still the original blue, which is not B5 blue, but looks very close. The only rust I could find was on the LR lower drop off and 1/4. 90% of this car is rust-rot free typical AZ sheetmetal. All the doors and glass is good except the front windshield. Ft grill obviously damaged same time the hood did. Chrome and trim that is there, in very nice shape for their age. DRIVETRAIN: it is an original factory 318 V8 with a very rare factory floor shift 4 spd. Prob a matching #s car too. Ive poured gas down the carb a few times, it wants to start but I couldnt get it to run any real amt of time. It wants to catch, but not sure why it wont go. We checked for spark and it seem to be working fine with a turn of the key. When the car was parked about 4 yrs ago, it was running and driving fine. Owner died and it sat a while. Front power disc brakes are in good shape and the brakes do work for shipping purposes. The old school period correct Appliance Dia-Mag rims are 14x7s and pretty cool. Comes with one ignition key only. Trunk lock is broken out, but can be opened with a longer flat head screwdriver. Shifter looks to be original, but some ass stole the original shift knob out of the car a few days ago. Im going to remove the Hurst boot this week to see if the original boot etc is under it. INTERIOR: old, original showing its age very much. The az sun has beat up pretty much almost all the side plastics and the vinyl seats are hard and very dirty inside. Dash cluster and radio area not too bad. Ive never looked for the build sheet, but my guess it or they are still in the car somewhere. INSIDE the trunk is very original, yet dirty still , but no evidence of any accidents or rust or repairs. SUSPENSION: best I can tell its pretty much stock, other then the Appliance alloy rims. Torsion bar front end is great for setting your ride height. Mostly all stock and original underneath, and very rust free so at least taking it apart if you need to wont be all that bad. Check out ALL the pics below -----> If other auctions are not showing areas under their cars who really knows what sort of shape its in. Dont find out the hard and $$ way. At least our auctions show as much as possible to potential buyers and bidders. it may take a full minute for them all to load if you have a slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll bar on the right side. Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate. more info AFTER the pics etc. There are 100 large pics. Heres a great chance to buy a very rare Aspen ..the one you have been wanting from a SELLER with as much info and pics possible and the best way to buy a truck long distance. A vehicle marketed for ALL ebay bidders and buyers. UN RESTORED and affordable to most all buyers !!! Being sold by us, a seller with excellent feedback and history With ebay and buyers. What more could you ask for ? :) There you have it, probably The BEST represented Mopars on Ebay. Shows you all the good as well as any bad, hope you appreciate them. We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars and it shows. Generally all of our vehicles sell the first time around, but there are occasions we have to relist. I cant tell you how many times people email us trying to buy a vehicle that just sold on ebay because they got outbid in the end, just to find out the car is definitely sold and no longer available. I suggest to avoid this happening to you, put up a higher proxy bid before it ends so you can win the vehicle !! We rarely have to relist of put out 2nd chance offers. Our prices are usually much lower then most dreamers out there too trying to sell cars online. IF you choose to buy someone elses car we wish you the best, but if you dont see nice clear pics like ours, who really knows what you are getting unless you can check it out in person first. Also, if you buy a car thats been "restored", who knows what sort of surprises are hidden under new paint or thick undercoating. People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers. Our auctions have NOTHING to hide . Restore a car like this yourself or locally and you know exactly what you have in the end. Email us with ANY questions before you bid please If you treat yourself to buying one of our vehicles youll never buy a total buckets again from anyone !! Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. Doing restoration on this type of project is less labor intensive which means overall cost is less too ! With less horrid surprises later on. Dont let auctions with little to no pics try to fool you. With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER with great pics to help making your decision easier. Along with ANY other questions you may have. Email me for a quote for shipping from AZ as we are also a broker and we have several companys to get the best quote for the fastest service. This truck will easily load onto a hauler, its hard to start when its Cold but I can help get it loaded. Once its been started once it runs okay, and better when its warmed up. CLEAR AZ TITLE - IN HAND I wont end the auction early !! CAR MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 14 days of auctions END ! we can no longer store cars for anyone !! Unless other arrangements have been made before auction ends. Can help with shipping outside the USA too if you need help. This car, you can see clearly what to expect with no surprises and our Feedback speaks for itself ! EMAIL US WITH ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE !! Car will ship as an INOP to go. We can help get this car shipped all over the USA for a fair price quickly. Chances are people overseas will be bidding on this car, so we can easily get the car to the docks in LA Calif or Houston for a fair price and promptly if you need the help. IF you need a shipping quote, just email us with your city/state and Ill find out our best quote for you !! No problem helping it to the docks if you are shipping overseas . Alot of these cars go overseas and we can help for those buyers. We have had alot of experience in shipping cars worldwide . If there is a winner, please email me when the auction ends and say Hi and we can take it from there. Bank Wires need to be prompt if you are out of the country because they always seem to take longer then expected. I bank with B of A which makes things easy for many out of state for payment. direct deposit or Cashier checks If you wire the funds we must add a $50 fee that our bank charges us. must clear before car can move. Its a sign of the times, sorry. IF RESERVES NOT MET, email us anyway maybe we can work out a deal after it ends. Optional PAYPAL with a $500 deposit only - rest direct bank deposit or wire Or just ALL bank deposit, which we prefer to save on cost and time for everyone. On Feb-02-16 at 10:33:27 PST, seller added the following information: UPDATE: I did forget to mention another small pocket of rust left corner above the bumper....but underneath the taillight. You can see it if you check out the pics in that area.Ill try to post a better pic tonite. Its not huge, but I wanted to mention it. Kinda of aweird spot for rust. Maybe its an Az thing haha.
