Vehicle Detail
87 Buick Regal Turbo T Mechanical: Engine runs strong and quiet, appears to have a stock turbo that has been rebuilt. Transmission shifts firm as it should, it is a factory Non posi car. It has a complete Hooker exhaust system including headers. The car has a hi performance EProm as well as a K&N open element air filter and valve cover breathers. The A/C system has been converted to r134a and the compressor does not run when you turn it on, Im assuming it may just need to be charged. The power antenna does not work. The brakes have already been converted to vacuum assist. Body: Car appears to have been repainted once, its not a bad paint job but you are not winning any car shows with it either. There is no filler in it nor does there appear to be any rust repair or collision repair. The floors and trunk are rust free, there is some surface rust in the door seams but it is not rusted enough to split them or any holes. There is a small spot of rust on the passenger side 1/4 in front of the wheel that is bubbled up, it is solid, you can push on it and it does not give at all! There is a small spot on the deck lid as well that is the same, no holes and its not soft. There is a pretty good section of paint that has flaked off the header panel that will need repaint, there is a small spot on the passenger side 1/4 that has flaked off as well. I am posting descriptive photos so there are no surprises. Interior: Seats have been recovered at some point an they are nice, headliner is nice, door panels are nice, some of the pleats have come out of them as they normally do. The carpet is somewhat faded but its in decent shape considering it is 29 years old. The radio is non factory and it does work. General: This is a decent core for someone to modify and restore or drive it as it is. It is a factory bench seat, column shift car with crank windows. The wheels are extremely nice with no curb rash and the tires are decent and hold air and it has a new battery. Please keep in mind this car is 29 years old with 128k on it. Its not perfect, its priced accordingly. I would suggest you have someone look at it or come to see it yourself prior to bidding. Im being as descriptive as possible in regard to condition and pictures. PLEASE don't bid or Buy It Now if you don't have the money available.I can be reached at 410-643-1515 for any additional info.
