11969 Mustang Mach 1 351 Windsor FMX Automatic.Up for auction is a nicely optioned 1969 Mustang Mach 1 project car. This Mustang is a Lime Gold with white interior "M" code Mach 1. Options include: power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, tinted glass and AM/FM radio. The car retains its original numbers matching drive train, a 351 Windsor 4V with FMX transmission and 3.00:1 9 inch rear axle. The engine does turn over freely but the car has been off the road for several years. The car is from Alabama and spent most of its life there. The car has all its original sheet metal but every panel needs repair. The front floor pans, torque boxes and LH front frame rail will also need repair. The RH front & rear frame rails, fender apron tops, shock towers are all in good shape. The LH trunk drop need minor work. The deluxe interior is mostly complete with high back seat cores and a fold down rear seat. The interior does need some work, headliner & carpet is missing and the seats will need recovered. The tinted glass is the original and in good condition with only the windshield needing replaced. The front window trim is in good shape, rear window trim, bumpers and other chrome will need replaced. This car will require a full restoration. The car is ready for easy transport, I am also available to help load on my end. The car has its VIN on the dash & fender apron, buck tag, door tag and axle tag. I also have a clean title.
