Im selling this Astro van so we can get something newer, plus it needs engine work. This van was our customer shuttle van. We are an auto repair shop in Houston. We have spent quite a bit of money on it the past 3 years to the tune of over $14,000. A couple months ago, the engine spun a bearing and while it does run still – I don’t want to spend any more money on it. So it is time to go to another home. It is still comfortable, drives well, new differential and auto transmission, Cold AC, front end suspension…………….but when this engine problem happened I decided not to spend any more money on it. Here is a list of what has been done to it: 04/15 Upper Dash replaced, lock actuators replaced. 134,823 miles. 01/15 Front upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, adjuster sleeves, valve cover gaskets, oil cooler seal replaced 1/15. 133,000 miles. 10/14 New transmission replacement. 132,659 miles. 10/13 ABS control module, wheel speed sensor replacement. 125,766 miles. 09/13 Intake manifold gaskets, fan clutch, front and rear brakes, brake flush, upper control arm bushings, idler arms, alignment, right front door window motor, transmission pan gasket and selector shaft seal and rear differential pinion seal. 125.563 miles. 06/13 Rebuild differential (gears, carrier, spider gears, left axle, bearing, seals. 120,397 miles. 05/13 Radiator replaced 118,560 miles. 03/13 Rear wheel cylinders replaced. 118,480 miles. 11/12 Replace power steering pump, hydro boost pump, power steering flush replaced. 115,195 It is still good looking and just an engine that needs likely just a crank, rod and main bearings.
