Vehicle Detail

This former Southern California car was owned by my brother-in-law, from 1968-1973. Then I purchased it from him in 1973 to present. This Classic T-bird has "never" had any rust what so ever. It has been in my Garage for 43 yrs and hasn't seen any rain in all that time. I only drove it on sunny days. It is very straight, however it needs some restoration. Its very drive able in its present state.I also have the fender skirts for it. Tony told me the car was originally white with red and white interior. This car has no power options. Now lets get to the Pro's and Cons Pro's: No "RUST" Ever. Complete Rebuilt Motor Rebuilt Automatic Transmission Complete Rebuilt Brake system New 4 core Radiator Installed New Weather Stripping Not Installed Bumpers Re Chromed some time ago, but still nice Good Exhaust System Con's Needs To Be Restored Needs Complete Paint Job Needs Complete Interior Redone I have been saying in the add, This car needs to be restored. Mechanically it is fine. My friend has all the paper work on the mechanical end, as per the PRO's. Now I can say for the soft top. THERE ISN'T ANY SOFT TOP!! As for body work being done on the car, I can't say yes or no. I don't own it, just selling it for my friend. He would be happy to answer any of your questions with a phone number. The car looks very straight to me, but that's no guarantee it hasn't had a body work done long ago. As I have looked it over myself I don't see any bondo cracking. The paint is a different story. UPDATE: This is the bottom line on this car, so please don't try to make offers on it. He priced it really well, so someone could make a nice car out of it. Thank you!!
