Classic Honda Civic HX owned by an automotive engineer. This is the hyper-mileage version featuring Honda's VTEC-E engine....I routinely get 40 - 43 MPG in this car. I'm the 4th owner, purchasing it in 2008 with the CARFAX record. Tons of parts replaced with Honda original parts, including complete exhaust, clutch, timing belt, and major interior pieces. Can provide the parts list which totals more than $3,000. Regular oil changes with Amsoil 100% Synthetic oil since 2008. Many accessory upgrades including factory Remote Keyless Entry, factory tweeter door speakers, correct Honda CD player, and the front/rear splash guard set from the Civic EX line. Its in as original condition as I could make it. Its no longer a beauty pageant winner but its as reliable as tomorrow's sunrise. Requiring your immediate attention is the 3-inch rust hole growing under the driver's seat bracket - looks like someone placed a tire jack under there and tore a hole in the metal, creating a place for rust to start. Everything else works as it should. Reason for selling is I bought a newer Honda and now my garage is full.
