Vehicle Detail
Custom built 1967 Chevrolet pick up, flatbed / ranch truck with a 283 V-8 4 speed manual transmission 4 wheel drive and a pto winch. This truck was built and used as a city vehicle for Bakersfeild California when new (hence the yellow seen in the pictures) . Then sold in the early 70's and used on a private ranch to haul hay for the past 40+ years. I am guessing the milage of 122218 to be original. This was a gift from me to my wife as she loves unique and classic trucks. i am auctioning the truck at NO RESERVE to the highest bidder as she is having dificulty driving a truck without power steering. The truck is solid, runs and drives excellent it's very reliable and has less than 2000 miles on new wheel bearings, brake drums, shoes, lines and hardware, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, brake booster, wran hubs, mud terrain tires, rebuilt carburator, battery and other miscellaneous maintainence items. The truck is currently registerd and gets driven long distances. The body has dings and dents as seen in pictures, passenger side floor has rust as seen in pictures. The headlights, heater, wipers and radio do not work. Everything else functions well, including the four wheel drive and pto winch. The front shocks in the bed seen in the pictures were removed to be replaced a while back but due to not having time the truck was driven without them. So it will need new shocks up front. Although it gets alot of attention as is. This truck deserves to get restored and would be an excellent father and son project. These trucks values are over $30k minimum when restored. Consider the value of a rare one like this when completed. Highest Bidder Will Win ! No Reserve ! Thank you and Goodluck ! I ask those with a feedback of (0) to please contact me before bidding, so i know that you are a genuine buyer or I'm sorry but I will reject the bid. Thank you.
