Vehicle Detail

For Sale is a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan SE Sports Van, 7 passenger. Approximately 125k miles. Dark green in color with the SE trim and privacy glass, 3.3L V6 Engine - OHV 12V FFV, 4 speed automatic transmission, FWD driveline, anti-brake system, cruise control, air, power windows and doors, cassette stereo, tank size 19.80 gal., mileage (according to stats) city: 12-19 mpg., highway: 17-26 mpg. Tire size is P215/65R15. Clean title. VIN: 2B4GP44G2WR727838. I drove the vehicle from 2009 until 2014. My mother bought it used and drove it for a few years before that. Needs repair. See further description. This van is nice and solid in most areas (see pictures). The interior is nice with exceptionally nice cloth upholstery. There is some rust, primarily at the bottom of the sliding side doors and just above the rear wheels. The other doors / door wells are exceptionally good. There is a rusted out area under the hood just above the springs (see picture). It has been sitting for about a year now. It was running when I last parked it. The engine was good and it drove nicely. The reason I stopped driving it was because it had a big power steering unit leak. As far as I can remember, everything else worked on the vehicle. There are no guarantees that everything works now. Currently I am not able to get it started - just clicks when you turn the key. I think this van would be good for someone who knows enough about mechanics to be able to repair/replace the power steering unit and repair the aforementioned rusted out spot under the hood. Otherwise, it would be good for parts. There are plenty of good to excellent parts on it. I have supplied many pictures to show as many areas as possible. If you have any questions or would like to see more pictures, please contact me. I am selling it as is.
