The Scout is about as stock as you can get it. I think it is the original paint. I bought it in 2007, and realized I cannot finish the car as I planned. Since I bought it, it has been garaged since. The previous owner was in Oregon (high desert) which explains the very minor amount of rust. I tried to show everything in the pictures. The rubber is good, the battery is new. I just put in a new headlight switch. It has new spark plug wires and runs really well. The transmission is 4-speed but around town you seldom use 1st gear is it is geared so low. Mileage shows 5500 but I am sure that is the "second time around." I am guessing the AC is "after-market" but I could be wrong. The AC does not work. The radio does not work. I am throwing in the new bucket seats and the used console, so if you want to convert to buckets, all the parts are there. This project car has been taking up garage space for 8 years, and my wife has run out of patience. It is time for someone to take over this project. The car in is Omaha, Nebraska, and I will not deliver. It is road-worthy, so don't be afraid to drive it home.
