Up for sale is a 2009 Nissan Altima 2.5s (4Cyl) with 80,000 miles. Vehicle was very well maintained, and was very clean and well taken care of. Vehicle was involved in a side-by-side impact, with minimal damage. Vehicle was deemed a total loss, but as you can tell by the pictures. The damage is not very severe considering the value of the car. Vehicle is driveable, and runs great and strong. Vehicle is being sold AS-IS. Vehicle had a lien on it, proof of documents can be provided that new title, and lien has been released and waiting on title. Bill of Sale will include that you will receive title within 4 weeks, signed, dated, and notarized once received. Unsure if title was even branded Salvage as it was a settlement claim, for all I know it's still a clear title. Part of the settlement agreement due to lack of full funding insurance was we received the vehicle back to sell to recoup cost of difference. Vehicle was owned, and operated by someone that works for a Nissan dealership in a service department, I can verify vehicle was very well maintained, has zero leaks, and all suspension up to the impact was in 100% working order. As you can tell in the pictures, the damage is fairly minimal for a totaled vehicle. Easily is a rebuildable, and titleable vehicle. Vehicle must be picked up and paid for in full within one week of auction end with cash, money order, or cashiers check. No personal checks will be accepted. If paid with Cashiers Check, or Money Order, it must first be verified by bank for deposit. You must also be willing to sign a Bill of Sale including that the vehicle is AS-IS, and no warrantys are offered, or implied. And that all responsibilities of the seller for the vehicle are waived.
