This is an excellent entry vehicle for someone who has always wanted a Chevelle. Most of the difficult items have been taken care of. It has a 454 crate engine with fewer than 200 miles on it. A freshely rebuilt 3 spd 350 trans with B&M shift kit. All suspension bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints have been replaced. High rise intake with Holley 750 double pumper carb with electric choke. New 17 inch tires and wheels. Having said all of that, the car is 44 years old. It has some minor things that need to be taken care of. If the car sits more than a couple of weeks without running, the fuel pump loses its prime. The window seals need to be replaced. The hood weighs about 100 lbs. I bought a new cowl hood for it. It will go with the car. The car has so much torque that the rear quarters have small tears (about a half inch) that need to be welded, and it should either be driven easier, or put in subframe connectors. The car is a BEAST.I bought this car from my brother-in-law, who was a Chevy guy, because he needed money. I have always been more of a Mopar guy. This car needs to go to someone who can really appreciate it.
