For sale is a very clean example of a 1999 E36 M3 Convertible in Estoril blue with 5-speed manual transmission. The paint is very good and the interior is a 9 out of 10 with both front seats having been reupholstered. Many new parts in the last year with receipts include a completely new driveline with new clutch, pressure plate, flywheel, center support bearing, throw out bearing, flex disc, shift linkage bushings, and Royal Purple transmission fluid. For better performance the car has been upgraded to a 3.93 M3 differential instead of the usual 3.73 M3 diff. The car is lowered on adjustable Elibach coilovers (pretty low right now). The previous owner replaced the front bumper through insurance in 2012 because it cracked when being parked. Currently there is a little paint chip on the bottom of the bumper about the size of a quarter (see picture). The car has an upgraded exhaust, air intake, and brand new tires all around on clean LTW rims (have all 5 of them including spare). The car also has slotted rotors all around. Also it has an upgraded sound system with a nice Panasonic deck, speakers, subwoofer and matching blue carbon fiber short antenna. The car also has HID lights, yellow glass fog lights, and clear corners. The security system has been upgraded and comes with 2 remotes for keyless entry. The top is in great condition and the fabric does not have any rips or tears in it. The back plastic however is fogged up. I have not tried restoring it but there is a local shop that quoted me $400 to replace it. A lot of $$$ has been spent on the top in the last year getting it working again. All the linkage has been adjusted / parts replaced and all the motors have been inspected. The top works and takes about 45 seconds to go down or up. The A/C blows ICE cold with it just being serviced. All electronics in the car work and the car comes with the original toolkit, books and little flashlight. Adult owned, clean California title and just smogged that is good for 90 days for a CA buyer. The car is a blast to drive and looks great.
