1971 Pontiac Firebird Esprit, white with black vinyl roof, white vinyl interior. I bought this car a few years ago for my son, for when he got his driver's license. He now has no interest, nor license. Good driving car, goes down road very well, shifts perfectly. Current Virginia State inspection, registered as a regular vehicle and not an antique (which in Virginia requires no inspection), again, did this so my son could use it as a dalily driver. Interior in very nice condition, dash pad exceptional and all inside wood graining very nice. This year Firebird had extra reinforcing in doors for side impact, and lap and shoulder belts. The lap belts are there complete with storage for buckle next to console, they fit over a metal holder. Shoulder belt is missing. Car is showing 26XXX miles, assume it's turned over. Body is overall very straight, with fair paint. Some bubbling at rear bottom of front fenders and rear fenders, one rust through on rear valence. Some rust in trunk but not awful, although probably needs a new floor. Floor pans all seem solid. I've done nothing to car but kept battery charged, starting and driving it occasionally. Appears to have new exhaust system. This Firebird is not a show winner, but a good driver that one could use and fix up more as they went along. Comes with an extra muffler, trunk lid with the wing on it, and two flares for fenders (as the Trans Am model had I believe). Look at pictures, any questions let me know.
