Technically, I'm the third owner and she is the fourth and current owner. It was bought from a gentleman that worked with me. He and his wife owned it for about 4 years. They had bought it from Grace, the original, little old lady owner, who lived in Washington DC. A copy of the original title will be provided to the buyer. The vehicle had been in a fender bender during 1989, so I decided to attempt a basic restoration of the body damage and update the tired interior. However, life happened to us all, so here she is for sale in 2015.Condition: The head liner, seat covers and carpet were replaced in the 1990's, along with some welding to the right, front frame, related to the accident. The Power steering was rebuilt, the gas tank relined and the steel gas lines replaced in the 2000's. It has been 3 or 4 years since the engine was started due to the carburetor spitting gas. A rebuilt carburetor is a certain requirement for the engine restoration. In my opinion, the overall body is solid and a good base for a full restoration. There is some rust on the lower, front fender on the passenger side and on the lower, area of the driver door that needs attention. Also, the driver and passenger floor pan areas are completely rusted through and require replacement. The front frame rail area on the driver side will need work, but the passenger side was welded previously and could be sound. All the glass is good and an extra windshield may be available with the sale. The rust seen in the undercarriage pictures is, for the most part, surface rust that can probably be removed with some blasting. The majority of exterior trim and interior parts that have been removed from the vehicle should be available in the truck and come with the vehicle purchase. However, one piece of exterior, aluminum door trim was lost along the way. The front bumper is beyond repair, the interior door panels are in very poor shape, the area below the battery tray is rusted, the steering wheel has cracks, there is a spare tire and jack in the trunk, the sun visors are not good, There is an extra grille, tail lights, rocker panel covers, etc. Please review all of the pictures provided and email me if you have any specific vehicle questions.
