Description Are you looking for that 1950 Oldsmobile Model 76 Sedan to recondition or street rod? If you cannot view all the photos, please click here. This vehicle spent much it's later life in a barn in Wisconsin, as evidenced by the documentation. It was stored from 1966 to 1974 in a garage, then stored in a barn from 1981 until we unearthed it from the barn. It was stored on a wood floor. The vehicle has had two owners throughout it's 65 year old life. Condition Report: This vehicle is very straight and original, but does have rust issues with the floor pans, especially where shown in the photos. The motor may be tight, and the front passenger's wheel shredded when it was towed onto a trailer. It has also had a mouse nest or two inside the vehicle over the years. The VIN tag is missing but the car has a title as shown. The locks and keys are there, but the trunk lock does not open at this time. In short, it will need a total restoration or reconditioning before it will run and drive. Being a WI vehicle, there is scaly rust and some perforation under the car as well as in the quarters. It would also make a superb donor vehicle to the 1950 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 Deluxe Convertible we have listed. It is a great vehicle that would make a great addition for the Oldsmobile enthusiast. Additional auction information: This vehicle is sold as-is. We cannot warranty any parts on any used vehicle. Also note there are small marks from use and age as shown in the photos. Any of these should be trailered to their destination until the vehicle is insured and checked over for safety (tires, etc). The title is free and clear, and we are also requiring a bill of sale be signed by the new owner stating this vehicle is being purchased as-is.
