1955 Chevrolet Truck. LS2 engine from a low mileage 2005 Corvette (removed from chassis in my shop), converted to wet sump, brand new 4L60E transmission, new drive shaft connected to a Ford 9" 350 gear rear end. Heidts' Independant front suspension and 4 link coil over rear suspension. Power Disc Brakes on all four corners. New 20" wheels and tires. Vintage Air heat and AC. Paint is good, but not show, the truck was built to be driven. Full frame off restoration, all new sheet metal except cab, no rust anywhere. New bed and bed wood with stainless strips and hidden fasteners, & tailgate has hidden latches (no chains needed). New bumpers, brackets, new LS radiator with trans cooler. Completely new wiring including harness and fuse box, new battery. LED tail lights, and third brake lights, new gauges. New clear glass front and rear, as well as new chrome side windows and vent windows. New Ididit Tilt Column with column shift and new wheel. New classic styled radio, but with iPad etc. connections available. The NC DMV has approved the truck to be titled. Title has been applied for with the original chassis number and cab ID. Title should be available as early as mid October and probably before October 30, 2015. I will ship internationally as long as the buyer makes all arrangements and pays all cost. US buyers must do the same, but I will assist in loading in either case. Stored inside, easy loading location on 4 lane. I will be out of the country from 9/24 and much of the auction period, but can respond to text from serious buyers. The truck will be being completed in my absence.
