Welcome to a great opportunity. No squeaks, rattles, noises, or smells, just an ultra-luxurious and ultra-smooth ride that only a Lincoln can provide. There is a reason that Lincoln is considered by many automotive experts as the best riding luxury brand of any of the premium automobile makers in the world. And with only 47,819 original, sunny South Florida miles, this Signature Series Town Car is just getting broken in. It is not uncommon to see this extremely durable engine and transmission combination reach 200,000 miles + of trouble-free performance, and for that reason that is why many executive coach company use them for Limousines and Executive sedans It has recently had its 50,000 mile service performed (well in advance) and has a fresh Synthetic oil change, new air filter and wipers, and interior cabin filters as well as cooling system service and flush. The air conditioning is ice cold, and for those of you in non-tropical climates, the heater works great. This is a great looking, as well as, perfectly performing full-size luxury sedan. Sol and Helen should be complimented for their excellent care of their garage-kept Town Car.   The luxurious leather and wood trimmed interior is in excellent condition, and it certainly shows! It is fresh and clean. Grandma and Grandpa didn't have any dogs or pets in the car, and she certainly didn't smoke cigarettes. The dark cherry accents really showcase the ultra-luxurious Dove Grey leather very nicely, and the rear seats do not even appear to have ever been used. Neither the ashtray, nor the cigarette lighter have ever been used. This one-owner Lincoln was owned by a senior, and Sol and Helen did her best to have it serviced and cleaned regularly. It enjoyed a road trip once to their summer home in Kentucky when it was new, and was serviced by the dealer in Lexington (oil change, tire rotation, maintenance service, etc), but aside from that, it has been serviced by the Pro's at the Lincoln dealership in Pompano Beach.   We are selling this low mileage Lincoln in exactly the condition that we took it in. All we had our detailer do is clean it. It runs and drives phenomenal, and the interior is extra-clean. The Light Blue Clearcoat exterior presents a wonderful and beautiful finish and the dealership dressed it nicely for Sol and Helen with chrome A & B pillars, as well as accenting chrome wheel trim ring moldings. Since it is a Signature Series car, and most likely one that was sitting front and center at the dealership when new in 2007, they accented it nicely for Sol and Helen, probably to the tune of $2,000-$2,500 additional dollars when factoring in the full-length Navy Blue Carriage Roof and the above mentioned trim package. Being a Florida vehicle has HUGE benefits--(i.e. no harsh weather, no harsh roads, no hills or potholes and certainly no snow or salt), sometimes the summer sun can fade paint. Not so here. It appears that this beauty was always garaged. And when Sol and Helen had it out, the Solar Ray glass really kept the interior nice and cool, and certainly free from any of the sun's damaging rays. On this Lincoln you can literally eat off of the undercarriage, as well as the engine compartment. Both are as close to new as you can find. You will not see that on a northern, or Midwest vehicle. And then once the corrosion sets in on a vehicle from other parts of the country, things will begin to rust. Things that you can see, and unfortunately, things that you cannot see. Not the case here. This car is as clean as a whistle!   So the finish is brilliant and the color is outstanding. The Presidential Package really sets it apart from your typical, ordinary Town Car. Lincoln calls this color Ice Blue Clearcoat Metallic. It is a three-stage paint from the factory and was a $995 option from the dealer. Not your typical plain-Jane, boring White, Silver or Beige color. It looks great, and during the day, the sunlight really makes this elegant color dance. Of course, no dents, dings or unsightly parking lot mishaps. None of that, Sol and Helen wouldn't stand for it. The Special-ordered factory 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels have a complete set of touring radials all the way around. They are evenly worn with 50% + treadlife remaining. If you are interested in having Brand New radials, we can install a complete new set at our wholesale cost for approximately $500. This Lincoln drives great with these tires, but we understand that everyone loves new touring radials, and we can provide that at a big discount. This Signature Series Town Car  is fully loaded.
