Classic vintage nearly all stock 1979 Honda CBX1000 idles & accelerates smooth and shifts nice through all gears. Brand new paint by Color Rite brand (Perseus Silver) with 8 coats of clear coat protection. No bondo, the original paint had just faded over the years. New O-ring 530 chain with new front and rear sprockets USA. Carbs completely rebuilt with quality Japan rebuild kits and viton O-rings. All cables are good, no electrical issues and both switches work as meant to. Alternator serviced and tested. The seat has a few minor blemishes that are hardly noticeable. The turn signals are all stock original Stanley lens and housings. Original stock mirrors with no fading or cracks on the mirrors and some normal patina on the stems. The inside of the gas tank is very clean with no Kreem, POR-15 or any other liners used of any kind. New AGM battery and new NGK spark plugs, new oil w/filter. Front and rear brakes rebuilt with new quality pads, new master rebuild kits and all brake fluid bled. Six into one custom exhaust (sounds great) and stiffer rear coil springs are the non-stock items on this bike. Front tire has good tread but should be replaced soon as it is starting to crack.
