. This is a 2003 Ford excursion that has been completely rebuilt. The original truck was clean, but outdated. The truck started with 233000 miles on it. The powerstoke 6.0 motor was taken out, and a used motor with 60K on it (paper work can be provided) was purchased, completely torn down and rebuilt with new main bearings, new Ford OEM lifters, push rods, ect. The truck then received an EGR delete, ARP head Studs, heads were checked and milled for true flat, new oil cooler, blue spring upgrade, new ford injectors, New Ford High Pressure Oil Pump, Ford Low Pressure oil pump, all new filters and fluids, and a BD thruster turbo. and a 4" MBRP exhaust. Since the motor was bullet proofed it now has about 10K on it and runs strong. once the motor was back together, the cosmetics started. The truck already had a 4" lift on it (this kit was put together using all ford super duty components by far one of the best riding trucks I have been in that is lifted) We removed the front nose of the truck and installed a complete 2015 front end. All parts are ford OEM minus the two fenders that are CAPA certified. We did paint to match bumpers FORD Front AND REAR, and installed Rigid dually fog lights. After that a set of toyo open Country MT tires and 20x12 Fuel octanes in chrome where added. the front end is done correctly, and the details are endless down to making sure the wiper cowl fits properly with out trimming, 6.0 door badges to match the 6.7 style, and Harley Davidson lettering. once the exterior was done, we moved to the interior. A complete 2007 Ford Harley Davidson interior from the Seats front and rear, to the center console, to the dash bezel, Brand New Ford OEM Black Leather steering wheel, and even automatic climate control was added inside. We removed the carpet and all the plastic trim and dyed everything black. topped it off with a set of Weather tech floor matts front and rear. The truck has 240K on the odometer, the motor has just under 70K, the transmission was rebuilt by previous owner. All new pads and rotors all the way around, 2 new calipers, we added isspro gauges and an edge CS monitor inside on the quad pillar, and the truck comes with custom tunes from Eric at innovative diesel. The truck runs great, and is a definite one of a kind head turner. there are a few details on the truck that will need attention: -The head liner and seat belts are still tan from the original interior color (rear seatbelts clips need to be put in). -The hood struts still need to be installed (hood latches closed no problem, hood release works perfectly, just no struts to hold the hood up when open. I have all the parts, just have not had time to install) -blender door will need to be replaced ac stays on defrost/rear AC stays Warm -the new front end was painted and matches the rear perfectly, however the rear section is still original paint, so it does show weathering, scratches ect but looks amazing for its age. -There is also a little play in the steering, Believe it is from the trac bar bushings. steering box, and entire front end was gone over and is very tight. I do have the third row seating for the truck, it is also tan along with the spare tire/cover This is a solid truck and has been my daily driver for the past 3 months, I really enjoy the truck This truck was put together to replicate if ford where to recreate the excursion today in a Harley Davidson edition this is what they would build (even though Harley excursion was never built), unfortunately its time for me to move onto another project. I have had the pleasure of taking this truck to a few truck shows over the summer and it has been the topic of conversation at every single one. This truck is clean, and a real head turner.
