For sale is this beautiful 1978 Super Beetle Convertible. 72k miles. 1.6L Engine fuel injected with a manual 4 speed transmission. NO RUST garaged. All mechanical parts work good. Car was totally redone in 2009 in St. Louis and came to Lexington 2012. The interior is velour and it color matches the outside and the convertible top is in very good shape and has a glass rear window. Please email me for any questions. I drive it Sundays and people always give me always a thumbs up ;-). Selling it because i lost interest need something bigger in size. Car went through a deep maintenance schedule 05/28/2015. All oil changes all window adjustments all breaks re-adjustments, all wheel bearings checked and repacked. Fuel injection checked and filter replaced. Timing rechecked contacts changed , plugs changed, valves adjustment, new valve cover gaskets. At the same time re coating of under body was also done. All this is was performed at a local Beetle specialist here in Lexington KY. Receipt will be given with itemized description. Body is in very good condition with NO RUST at all. Wheels all painted to match and tires are almost brand new. My starting bid and BIN is less than what i paid for 2 years ago............ my loss your gain. Inspection welcome.
