1979 930 (USA model) Sold new in Seattle WA but has spent the majority of its life in AZ and CA; the car is in very good shape with no damage or accidents. It is a color-to-sample car done in a medium metallic gray exterior with black interior. The car has all books and manuals, tools, jack, spare, compressor and original window sticker. I have every individual repair order and receipt since new. Car has a very desirable RUF 5-speed gearbox. This is not a 915 or G-50 conversion! This has the period correct RUF gearbox which was fitted in 1989. This part alone cost over $11k in 1989. The car is extremely straight and the paint is quite nice. There is some slight clear coat thinning on the sunroof panel, misc rock chips, small scratches and normal wear from simple use but it is very presentable. Zero rust or corrosion on the car…including the lower window frames, floors, battery tray and other 911-prone areas. It runs very well and strong. There is no smoke and it is very dry. The car is solid and tracks perfectly straight.
