Vehicle Detail

Amber Yellow 1973 Honda CB750 This is a working California street legal registered mostly stock motorcycle. I ride it on the weekends up and down the San Diego coast line. It's very reliable and has a special feeling when you ride it. It's not a show bike but its in good condition for it's age. When I ride it people frequently roll down their window and ask me what year it is and give me lots of thumbs up. The 750cc engine starts right away even when cold and sitting for a week. No rust in the tank. The low and high beam headlight, all four turn signals, horn, gauges operate normally without problems. I replaced the entire electrical wiring harness about a year ago with brand new OEM replica. It has the original ignition with keys and toolkit. Over the past 5 years of ownership there are a few things I've noticed about this 43 years old:There is some surface rust and some pitting on the chromeIt was repainted by the previous owner and there are only a few minor scratchesThe bikes needs a good 5 minutes to warm up and you're good to rideTiny exhaust leak on the on right side by the back break. I think a weld will take care of it.There might be a small oil leak in the front of the engine by the exhaust. I'm not positive but I've never had issues with low oil when checking the dipstick. The bike recently hit the ground on the right side. As a result it has new handle bar and clutch cover. Recent maintenance by Trophy Vintage Motorcycle specialty shop in San Diego:Replaced front fork bearingsReplaced the rectifier / regulatorNew batteryAll 4 Carbs cleaned, adjusted and synedDunlop K70 Vintage Motorcycle Tires (less than 300 miles still has those little rubber things that stick out)A few things before you bid that you agree to:I will do my best to answer your questions. I'm not mechanical, more electrical, by nature so excuse my taxonomy.Motorcycle is sold as is with no warranty implied or provided. No refunds, cooling of period, returns, exchanges, etc.Do not try to overpay and ask me for the difference. I'm aware of this scam.Do not ask for the reserve price, it's been lowered and someone can have this for a stealDo not bid if you have negative feedback or no historyDo not bid if you do not intent to buy. I will report.A $500 dollar Paypal deposit is due 48 hours after auction ends. You must pay with Paypal via the bank wire option. I will deny credit card payments through PayPal, report, & relist. Reason being, I'm not going to eat credit card transaction fees.Motorcycle must be paid in full via Cash, Paypal bank wire or bank wire before I sign the title over.Motorcycle will be offered for sale locally so I reserve the right to cancel or end auction at any time for any reason or no reason at allI will ship which includes out of State and internationally. However I will hold the bike until the funds clear my bank which could take 7 to 10 business days or longer. The bike is a looker and lots of fun . I've ridden the smaller vintage bikes and you need the power if you're going to ride safely in today's roads. Part of me will be sad to see the bike go. I don't have to sell it so I'm not going to take a loss on it. But I am offering a good deal because I want it to go to a good home where someone else will enjoy it as much as I have.. You could turn it into a trailer queen show bike but honestly that's not what motorcycles are for. Good luck and happy hunting.
