Nice FJ40 from the desert southwest. Runs and drives, would make a great high end restoration candidate or a rolling project, or drive it as is. Very original, unmolested vehicle. Very desireable year range (79 to 84) which has the larger 2F engine, 4 speed transmission, higher rear end ratio, front disc brakes, gas tank under the body (as opposed to sitting on it). Miles are original to the best of my knowledge, but I cannot guarantee. There is some rust, but for this year range, I consider it very minor - please review pictures in detail - I have photographed the classic known areas and underside as best I could. Engine has all smog equipment intact. Starts easily, shifts and drives nicely. No power steering or AC. Vehicle is sold as is where is, and buyer must pay a non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Payment in full and clear is required prior to any shipment or release of the vehicle. Shipping is sole responsibility of buyer, though I will assist to a practical extent.
