This time around we decided to get into a square body, and we like what we have done! This 1981 C10 has been in Az for over 25 years from when we can track the titles back to. It is a complete rust free Chevy Truck. Below are the complete list of details of what has been done. These areas include: Drivetrain – This truck's power plant is a Chevy Vortec 4.8L LS1 engine backed with a 4l60E automatic transmission w/ overdrive. Both have a little over 80,000 miles on them. This is a beautiful truck that was built to drive and enjoy. If you are looking for a solid truck that looks amazing, and has the capability to jump in and drive anywhere at anytime, you have found the right truck. The truck has good power, great braking, handling, and a driving truck that can be enjoyed for years to come! Suspension / Frame / Brakes / Wheels – Truck has a complete air ride suspension with one tank and two compressors mounted to the rear under carriage. Truck air ride suspension has Firestone heavy duty airbags. Drop shocks on the front and rear. The rear end has been C-Notched, and it was done correctly. The breaks are disc in the front and drum in rear. The frame and under carriage of truck has been completely cleaned and painted Chassis Black. The wheels are Panther 22x8 all the way around with 265/35/22 tires. Exterior – The exterior of this truck has had one repaint 3 Years ago, that has been recently buffed to reveal an amazing shine and bright glossy red finish. The paint has no chips, but isn't absolutely perfect, as it has some light swirl marks here and there, nothing major, but worth noting. We would classify the paint on this truck as a 7 out of 10. It presents very well, and looks great! Additionally, the trucks drip rails have been professionally shaved, as have the door handles, marker lights, stack pockets front and rear roll pans to produce very sleek and straight body lines. The truck has a newer phantom grille with trim, new front and rear window trim, 22 inch panther wheels,new headlights and tail lights, brand new spray in bedliner, the list goes on. Interior – The interior on this truck has received brand new factory carpet, new bench seat, new door panels, dash pad, inserts, seal plates, window cranks, and other miscellaneous parts that set this truck off, shows very well, and is very clean. Truly a turnkey truck, that needs nothing except a proud new owner. This is a perfect driver / show and go truck to take to any car show, or cruise on the highway. Walk around & Start up videohttps://youtu.be/qvevc6jedgopsThis is an amazing and beautiful truck, it does need a few finishing touches that we would like to have done, that the new owner may also consider doing. These things include:- upgraded digital gauges so that all gauges work with the new ls motor wiring harness. Right now only the battery gauge is hooked up. - inner wheel tubs ( most bagged trucks don't have them, but would dress up the engine compartment a little more in our opinion.)- new shocks in the rear soon. It has drop shocks now, but with some nice gas shocks, the truck would ride a little better in the rear, simple fix. - the front windshield has a small chip in it, nothing major and is very small, but it's there. Other than these few things, the truck is solid, beautiful, and ready for its next owner who can enjoy her as much as we have!
